The CNS Tower, Dhaka, Bangladesh — Computer Network Systems Limited (CNS) was honoured to host a European Union Delegation at the CNS Tower today for the "Knowledge Hub Digital Scoping Study for Bangladesh's Annual Action Programme 2025 - 2027."

"Roundtable discussions were held that centred on key learnings from CNS’ multi-decade experience in driving public sector digital transformation around the world and explored the EU's role in supporting Bangladesh in the strategic sector of e-governance. This session underscored both parties' commitment to leveraging digital technology to enhance governmental operations and citizen services throughout the country and beyond.

"We were privileged to welcome the EU Delegation and share insights on our digital transformation projects that have been instrumental in modernizing public administration for our clients," said Ikram Iqbal, Deputy Managing Director of CNS.

The delegation's visit is part of a broader initiative to evaluate and enhance digital capabilities within Bangladesh. The "Knowledge Hub Digital Scoping Study" aims to identify key areas where digital interventions can accelerate development and governance reforms from 2025 to 2027. By collaborating with international bodies like the EU, CNS aims to promote global best practices and highlight key action areas to major international bodies like the European Union.

The discussions also highlighted the EU's supportive role in Bangladesh’s digital arena, particularly in areas such as policymaking, infrastructure development, and skill enhancement in ICT. This event not only reaffirms CNS' pivotal role in public sector Digital Transformation but also strengthens international collaborations that are essential for sustainable development and technological advancements in the region.
