Computer Network Systems Limited (CNS) and Exim Bank signed an agreement recently in a program held at the CNS Tower. Managing Director and CEO of Exim Bank Mohammad Feroz Hossain and Senior Executive Director of CNS Major Md. Ziaul Ahsan Sarwar (Retd) signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. Additional Deputy Managing Director & head of IT Division of Exim Bank Md. Mahbubul Alam, Head of Corporate Affairs & Branding and Marketing Division Sanjib Chatterjee, Head of Operations of CNS Mohammed Golam Mohiuddin and senior executives of both organizations were present on the occasion.

As a result of this agreement, all types of fees including tax token, fitness, advance income tax, number plate fees of all types registered vehicles of Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) can be paid through Exim Bank. This agreement further extends the service access offering of the BRTA’s Motor Vehicle Tax and Fee Collection System. This system, part of CNS’ wider Transportation Resource Planning tool, is a centralized software solution that integrates various functions to optimize the efficiency, security, and revenue collection activities of the BRTA's operations. Operational nationwide across Bangladesh this solution ensures revenue collection through a robust, user-friendly interface that supports simultaneous access by thousands of users across BRTA's networked branches and banks.
