CNS is honoured to have had The Vehicle Inspection Centre (VIC) officially inaugurated by The Honourable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Prime Minister of Bangladesh. Located in Mirpur, Dhaka the VIC is an exciting example of what Digital Transformation can deliver. The VIC, and by extensions the Vehicle Inspection System (VIS) developed by CNS, provide rigorous inspection tools for evaluating vehicle fitness levels, ensuring that they comply with road safety standards set by the Government. Through this system the Government will, over time, be able to ensure that vehicles meet these required safety standards which in turn will enhance road safety for pedestrians and motorists alike.
This innovation is the latest in a long line of CNS Transportation Solutions which include a National Vehicle Database, The National Vehicle Tax and Fee Collection System and of course the proven Modern Computerized Toll Management System (MCTMS). Leveraging our multi-decade experience, the CNS Engineers who developed the VIS and VIC solutions are proud to have delivered yet another Bangladeshi pioneered Road Transport Solution. Following the recent inauguration of the VIC by the Honourable Prime Minister, CNS now looks forward to the ongoing operation and maintenance phase as the VIC enhances road safety across Bangladesh.
