Following the beginning of outsourcing services earlier this year, and more recently the launch of the CNS Enterprise Range, CNS is excited to announce the establishment of our onshore support centre in Toronto, Canada to service CNS clients in North and Central America. With our long experience in project implementations, including the requirement study and training phases, CNS understands the importance of having people on the ground shoulder-to-shoulder with our clients. Furthermore, trust is an important component in any business relationship, so having dedicated onshore CNS Reps who our clients have ready, in person, access to all year round ensures confidence from the outset.

Given its dynamic tech sector, extensive commercial activity, and not to mention the fantastic Bangladeshi cuisine available in Banglatown, Toronto is the natural choice for such an onshore destination. With its two international airports CNS relationship managers, engineers and trainers can be on-site with any client across the Americas in a matter of hours. Already operational with a small team of dedicated professionals this CNS location will build upon CNS’ existing presence in the Canadian Market, first established in 2021, and scale in parallel with our north American client base.
