Dhaka, Bangladesh – CNS has signed a contract with the Bangladesh Insurance Sector Development Project (BISDP) of the Insurance Development Regulatory Authority (IDRA), part of the Bangladesh Ministry of Finance, to deliver the Supply, Installation and Customization of Basic automation including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Grievance and Complaint Redressal and Email Systems for IDRA, JBC, SBC and BIA.

This is a World Bank funded project of key importance to the ongoing development of a robust insurance market in Bangladesh as the country continues to march towards its economic goals. CNS Engineers and Consultants will work with all stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of our market leading ERP solution.

Our Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) solution is steeped in a multiyear heritage with a system that has been implemented across a number of clients over the last decade. By combining our best practices, such as our CMMi Level 5 standards, as well as our own ‘lived’ experiences from previous projects we have been able to shape our COTS ERP product into a world-class solution that we now look to deploy to BISDP and the nations leading insurance companies Jiban Bima Corporation and Sadharan Bima Corporation as part of this project.

CNS was awarded the contract for this project following a competitive tendering process under both World Bank and the Bangladesh Procurement Rules.
