Team members from CNS were honoured to attend the ‘Bangladesh Investment Summit 2021: Building Sustainable Growth Partnerships’ in London, England. Dubbed as one of the fastest growing economies of the world by the World Economic Forum, Bangladesh attained an 8.2% pre-covid growth in 2019 and has sustained a post-pandemic resilient growth of 6.1% emerging as an Asian growth leader. The UK is Bangladesh’s 3rd largest trading partner and has remained the 2nd largest foreign investor for many years with a strong presence and contribution of more than 200 British multinational companies. Given the historic and ever-expanding business and climate partnership between Bangladesh and the UK the Bangladesh Investment Summit 2021 is a major international event in fostering deeper economic connections between the two countries.

CNS’ own involvement in this important international economic relationship has grown in recent years as we continue to provide an expanding number of services to UK partners and clients. CNS attended the Summit along with senior representatives of British and French partners in order to highlight to them the excellent progress that Bangladesh continues to enjoy. As a fast-growing IT outsourcing destination Bangladesh enjoys a demographic dividend with an average age in the early 20’s out of a population of over a 160 million people. With a focus on technical education Bangladesh enjoys a large number of young, skilled and ambitious software developers who are ready to build upon the success of Digital Bangladesh and deliver transformative IT change around the world.

CNS shares this mission, and we remain honoured to have taken part in this exciting summit, we extend our thanks to the organisers of this successful event.
